How long will it take to get results?
If you commit to the work, results can be fast. Uncovering and overcoming limiting beliefs needs to be done quickly so you can start feeling confident.
How much time do I need to commit?
I would say that 20 minutes a day should do it. Now I know there are days when you just won't be able to watch a video so don't worry you can catch up.
