Mindful Eating Meditation Week


Do you use food as comfort? Are your eating habits out of control? Do you need some help to slow down, chew more, or relax around food? Then this short meditation course is just what you need!! Each day, we cover a new topic around bad eating habits and changing the way we eat. Not only will it help you around food, but it will also help you in everyday life, so that's a bonus. If you're new to meditation, don't worry, just follow my instructions. It's as simple as sitting and breathing, and you can do that without even thinking about it. Meditations last between 10 and 15 minutes each day.
