About the Event

Do you wake every morning obsessed with covering up your body as quickly as possible?

Have you tried everything you can think of to look and feel good about yourself, but have given up by the end of the day?

Do you feel like life is a vicious circle of diets, weight gain and failure because you love your food too much?

Do you feel small, unseen and unloved; have convinced yourself that's what you want, even when you secretly don't?

STOP! It doesn't have to be that way.

Let me show you how love yourself and become a confident, beautiful woman who lives life with passion and sparkle.

Our 3 days together will be fun. We'll shed light on what's holding you back, how you feel about yourself and how we can change that


Here's what we'll do........

Day 1 - Here's looking at you kid!

We're going to start by looking at where you are now. What do you like about yourself and what don't.....There's something you're proud of hiding inside you, I know there is.

Day 2 - Let's do the time warp again!

We're going back in time to see what's changed.

Day 3 - You're amazing just the way you are....but you're going to get even better!

We're going to put together what we've learned over the past two days and get you on the road to being confident and dancing naked with joy ❤️

How It Works:

From 13 - 15 November 2020 you'll receive small, simple tasks to help you start believing that you can be beautiful in your body and still eat the food you love.  A few days before the event you'll be welcomed to join a private FB group, this is where all the action will happen.
