Unless we’re really mindful most of us don’t even notice what we’re eating, unless it’s particularly good or bad. And, if you’re anything like I used to be, you can’t even think about what you're having for the next meal.
So why does this matter?
It matters because you matter. Food keeps you alive, fit and fuelled, and you need to look after yourself.
