Don't worry I'm not going to sing to you, but I have made a video. It's all about protein shakes. No, NOT the ones you buy on the high street, proper shakes that contain fruit and veg and lots of good things.
I always used to hate lunch, usually I'd gravitate back to a cheese sandwich. If I was good I'd have a nice salad, but when I got really busy or I just couldn't be bothered, I'd go back to what I loved.
But how things have changed since I got my Nutribullet. Making shakes is a great way to get lots of fruit and veggies into my diet and have a filling and delicious lunch. It's quick and convenient, I'm even eating celery, something I couldn't stand before.
Why did I not try this before?
