 I really dislike myself sometimes,  food makes me feel better for a while.

In reality I'm no different to you, but  what I came to realise was that there was a lot more to my eating habits than what I ate. 

See the picture on the left? The one where I'm smiling, you can't tell how I feel inside; how much I hated myself.

 

If you're like me you're hiding how you feel about yourself, your life and lots of other things too. 

Your friends and family may not understand your feelings, or worse still, may not even notice you're struggling. You need someone on your side, who knows how you feel and can help you through it.

When it comes to mental health, qualifications are important. I've gained a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma, but just as importantly, I'm  a survivor.

I know how to get you back on the road to enjoying your life and your food.
