Meat & Fish Eaters
Good quality, ethically sourced meat and fish are essential, not only for those who are eating it but for the welfare of the animals themselves.
Some people cannot live without meat and fish in their diet. I get that. I eat it once or twice a week for variety, but I know where it comes from and how it was raised. That means a lot to me.
