What do you want?


Are you one of those people who’s always doing things for others, even if you’re up to your eyes with your own life?


Do you believe you’re happy, but feel there’s something missing?


Do you look at others and wish you were in their shoes?


Do you want a thriving business, a bigger house, a better career, or a strong healthy body?



I was that person. Since childhood, I put everyone else before myself and my family, that made me popular but it didn’t get me very far. I wanted more but I didn’t know how to get it. This can be a very self-destructive trait, especially when you become frustrated with the way your cards have been dealt.

But here’s the thing. I also know how empowering it is to put on your own oxygen mask before helping those around you, giving yourself nourishment and care to grow and become a person you like as much as everyone else does whilst still get to help others along the way.


If you want more you need to ask yourself, “what do I really want, what do I need to do to get it, what did others do?” If you really want something badly enough all you need to do to is get started. But, a wish or desire is just that until you commit to improving how you want to live, you must set your goal, and cut off any other outcome than reaching it.


First, you need to decide what you want.


Second. Take action. Raise your standards, know what you will accept in your life and what you will no longer tolerate.


Third. Create a strategy of how you will reach your goal, know what you have to do.

Fourth. Change your current mindset, master your emotions, your health, your relationships, your financial position and your valuable time.


And finally, make a start. Starting is the best step forward. You will encounter hurdles, but they will help you set yourself up for success. Success comes from good judgement, good judgment comes from experience, and experience often comes from bad outcomes; learn from them and let them carry you forward in the right direction.





Nothing changes unless you do.
