Choose Your Room:
The Du Lac e Du Parc Resort is a 4-star hotel situated in 7 hectares of lush parkland. The park rooms overlook the beautiful park of the resort and are furnished in a traditional style. Rooms can be prepared with a double bed or two single beds, so they can be either for twin or single occupancy. The rooms feature free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, Sat and Sky TV, Safe, Minibar, Kettle and a selection of coffee and tea. Access to the Spa facilities are also included.
Twin Room cost - £3099
*If I cannot match you with a roommate, I will switch you to a single-occupancy room; however, if you sign up early, you will most likely get your choice.
Single Room cost - £3669
This retreat will take place with a minimum of three, and is limited to eight participants. The option to upgrade to a Jacuzzi Suite will be given to the first 3 guests who place a deposit

Flights:
Please arrive at Milan Bergamo airport (BGY) on May 14th before 4pm to join a group transfer and get settled in before dinner. I recommend you depart in the afternoon of May 21st.
If you fly to a different airport, I can help arrange transfers (at an additional cost); please ask for details.

A £250 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration, with the balance payable before 2nd April 2023

Any cancellation made after 2nd April will result in a total loss of funds. If I can fill your place after cancellation, I will offer a refund of monies paid by you, minus any discount I have to offer.

I reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if I do so, your deposit is refunded in full).

Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. I recommend Globelink who offer a selection of plans for wherever you are in the world.
Rules in Italy change quickly and often, so please be prepared for this.
If Covid-19 protocols interfere (for example, the destination is under lockdown), the retreat will be rescheduled for a later date when travel is possible again. If this occurs, you’ll have the option to transfer all your funds towards the future retreat dates or receive a full refund.
No refund is given if the participant contracted the virus and can’t attend the retreat. In this case, travel insurance would most likely cover any losses depending on the travel insurer’s policy. It is important to confirm with the travel insurance provider that Covid-19-related issues are covered and to what extent.
All COVID-19 entry requirements at the time of travel are to be adhered to and will be communicated before the start of the retreat.
