Eating healthy food doesn't mean that you can't enjoy sweet treats and snacks, in fact, these healthy treats taste so good you'll wonder why you you hadn't tried them before!
Chocolate is one of the things people who diet think they have to avoid, well not any more!
The right kind of chocolate and the right kind of sugar eaten in proportion are great for you, so take a look at some of my favourites

Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Bites
You can keep these little beauties in the fridge for 4 to 5 days to enjoy as a treat. If you want to make a batch and freeze them, that works too

Banana Bread Granola Bars
These bars are a great snack, ideal if you're on a long walk or after you've been at the gym

Innocent Millionaires' Shortbread
Totally wicked, but good for you. This recipe is super rich so a small slice is plenty.
Store in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for a month.

No-Bake Carrot Cake Protein Bars
Carrot cake is one of my favourites but the amount of sugar and oil makes it a bit too calorific for me. These little squares are an excellent alternative

Vegan Breakfast Cookies
Good for breakfast, or any other time of the day. This is a vegan recipe, but you can always use eggs if you're not vegan.
