I fully understand that body-consciousness and emotional eating can impact your self-esteem and overall happiness. That's why I've created a safe and supportive space where you can bloom into your most confident and radiant self.

Whats Included

Weeks 1 & 2

We're going to establish your goal - We're going think about what you want, and why you want it. Then we're going to work on a plan to get you there. 

Weeks 3 & 4

We'll work on small manageable steps to overcome obstacles, create new habits and learn to uncover thoughts that are holding you back from reaching your goal. We're going to create your future

 

Weeks 5 & 6

Now you have an idea where you going and how you're going to get there we're going to delve deeper into some of those problem areas which may be holding you back. 

We're going to work on your feelings, your thoughts and your beliefs and you'll learn some great ways to start thinking like the person you want to become.

This group course will take place a couple of times a year and will be subject to maximum numbers. It will involve 'classes' of around 30 minutes to introduce each new step and a session to answer your questions on each topic.
