Everyone has their own opinion on food....and don't we know it. Eat this, don't eat that. Most of the time it's confusing, even experts contradict each other, so how do you know if you're making the right choice?

In fact, that's my take on all kinds of food, eat what you want in moderation. Life's too short to be unhappy.
